Team experiences can range anywhere from a 60 or 90 minute motivational keynote talk, to a multi-day active adventure, packed with learnings in the New Zealand wilderness.
Our custom programs have been a feature of the NewZeal offering for years. Time again, we see individuals excel in self-discovery, and teams flourish with newfound empowerment in identifying and using their strengths.

Talks, Workshops
& Retreats
Adventure Philosophy empowers individuals and teams to reach their fullest potential, blending authenticity, warmth, and a deep understanding of human experience. Through talks, workshops, and retreats, these programs inspire and energize participants, fostering lasting impressions. Centered on the concept of 'Adventure Philosophy,' they encourage embracing uncertainty, risk, and boldness in everyday life—key qualities that are vital in both business and personal growth. This approach builds resilience, wellbeing, confidence, teamwork, and personal leadership. With thought-provoking exercises, discussions, and activities, Adventure Philosophy challenges participants to develop actionable strategies for a more adventurous mindset, tailored to support both individual development and team cohesion. Each session is designed to align with specific goals, promoting personal insights and powerful "a-ha" moments that resonate well beyond the workplace.

Adventure Philosophy
Workshops

Adventure Philosophy workshops can be a half or full day of engaging; productive; rewarding, and fun discussions and activities, targeted to the specific requirements of the participants and team dynamics.
As with all his talks and workshops, Paul uses reflections from his own professional and personal life to relate to the participants as individuals. Touching on elements of their own work and home lives will inspire them to be more authentic; engaged; committed, and communicative in their day to day lives and challenges.

We can run short sessions directly from your office; deliver keynotes at big conferences; host large groups on our River's Edge retreats, or even take small leadership groups into the wilderness for an experiential workshop! The best thing to do is get in touch with us to discuss the best options for your team.
What
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A WORKSHOP?
Completely tailor-made, endorphin-releasing team exercises, and insightful and relatable seminars. This can look like learning outcomes gained through achievable challenges such as arrow or board breaking. It could even include taking a helicopter into the deep south for a half/full day getaway, or spending the night glamping under the stars with your team.
On a River's Edge Retreat, experience exhilarating, yet achievable, activities alongside gourmet cuisine and the finest local beverages, all woven into a two day journey toward pre-set motivational outcomes.
During Paul's Keynote Speeches and seminars, expect honest and open dialogue and team discussion, interwoven with stories from Paul's own experiences, as well as experiential elements that create greater focus and produce those insightful 'aha' moments.
When
IS THERE A BEST TIME TO DO A WORKSHOP?
Group adventures are available all-year round (summer, spring, autumn and winter). However, the activities will differ depending on the season.
Seminars and workshops can be held inside or outside, so are available all year round. An overnight experience like our River's Edge retreat is not advised in mid-Winter. However, flexible options for accommodation would allow for a Winter two day retreat. Get in touch for more info.
