Our Workshops are usually anywhere from 90 mins to a full day.

Our team retreats can last as long as you want and depend on your outcomes and budget. Most teams have between a one and two-night retreat.

Our Incentive offerings are full-day activities and are often designed to fit in with longer South Island itineraries. However, we also offer bespoke, customised incentive options that can include multi-day and multi-sport options.

Yes absolutely, we encourage you to have a support person, this can assist you in following through with action plans and ongoing learning and development.

To take part in an expedition as a minimum you will need to be able to carry a 13 – 15 kg pack for up to 4-hrs walking. A training and exercise plan can be discussed during the orientation to help prepare you for the expedition.

No experience or fitness level is required. We will work with you and your team to make sure you get the best out of the experience, whatever your fitness, ability and experience levels.

All outdoor components are 100% voluntary, and we will offer alternatives for those who don't wish to undertake them.

For most activities, we will be able to fit you and your team out with full kit.

Gear will be discussed before any program commences, and a list will be sent where necessary.

You don't need anything special, you will be kitted out with whatever is required. However, sturdy, flat shoes are a must, and it is always advised that you come prepared for any weather condition. For most expeditions and rafting elements, you will be sent a packing list ahead of the event.
