Guided Success is a program designed to empower your team through a series of adventure-filled experiences, mixed with motivational activities. Team experiences can range anywhere from a 90 minute motivational talk, to a three day team retreat in the South Island's most beautiful landscapes.

Our custom programs have been a feature of the NewZeal offering for years. Time again, we see individuals excel in self-discovery, and team's flourish with new found empowerment in identifying and using their strengths.
Who
ARE THESE ADVENTURES SUITABLE FOR MY GROUP?
Management teams, specialist units or cross-functional leadership groups. School groups looking for challenging outdoor experiences.
Optimal group size 6-18 people, however larger groups are possible. Please apply.
What
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM A GUIDED SUCCESS EXPERIENCE?
Completely tailor-made endorphin releasing team exercises. This can look like learning outcomes gained through achievable challenges such as arrow or board breaking. It could include taking a helicopter into the deep south for a half/full day getaway, or spending the night glamping under the stars.

HOW DO WE DECIDE THE BEST TIME TO DO THIS ADVENTURE?
This group adventure is available all-year round (summer, spring, autumn and winter), however the activities will differ depending on season.
